Raceskin also offers a customisation service for the protective mask with any colour, texture, illustration, logo, etc... We can adapt an existing design or we can create a new design proposal that suits the client's needs. Our protective mask customisation service is ideal for brands, companies, organisations, clubs and all kinds of groups, including schools and colleges, as we also offer children's sizes. This service is also ideal for public events wishing to provide protection items with the graphic image of the event.

For the customisation, we use the heat stamping technique with ecological inks that ensures totally accuracy in the colour and corporate design. Raceskin are one of the leading UK brands to manufacture custom sportswear using this innovative technique instead of traditional screen printing.

The delivery time is 10 working days after the design has been approved and consent given.

Custom Masks available are:

Mask A - Minimun Quantity 20

Wash 10 times and then after use dispose of
To wear it, position the slots behind the ears
The multilayer characteristics of this product, after minimal care in use and disinfection, allow its reuse up to 10 times per mask.
Machine wash at 40 degrees, do not use fabric conditioner and do not tumble dry
After the last use, carefully put in a bag, seal and throw in 'non-recyclable dry'
100% POLYESTER TNT with Water repellent treatment
It is not certified as medical PPE.

Mask B - Minimun Quantity 25

Masks are fully washable and reusable however there is a filter which needs to be changed daily - replacement filters are 50p each
To wear it, place the elastics behind the ears, adjusting the mask to cover the nose and mouth
The multilayer characteristics of this product, after minimal care in use and disinfection, allow its reuse.
Machine wash at 40 degrees, do not use fabric conditioner and do not tumble dry
It is not certified as medical PPE.

Mask C - Minimun Quantity 100

Masks are fully washable and reusable however there is a filter which needs to be changed daily - replacement filters are £7.50 for a pack of 10
Self adjusting mask with double sided elastic trim ensuring a perfect and comfortable adjustment
The mask is composed of 3 fabric layers. A water repellant outer layer which repels liquids, a water resistant filter as a middle layer (which is replaceable) with an inner, antibacterial layer.
It is machine washable up to 60 degrees and can go in the tumbler drier
