No, we also make race winning wetsuits, our own Raceskin retail line as well as being the official merchandising partner for Outlaw Triathlon.

For the retail lines and Outlaw stock items, for orders placed before 2pm, we aim to process any orders and dispatch them the same day. We aim to get all stock items out within 48 hours.

If you are ordering a custom kit. Once the order is confirmed, there is a 4 week production time at the factory as everything is made to order and then it is around a week in shipping. If your club opted for an online club shop, the production does not start until the shop has closed (its usually open 2 weeks but can be extended).

No. If you can’t order online, we can send you a PayPal invoice or the details so that you can do a bank transfer.

Most items in the Raceskin retail range and the Outlaw merchandising range have size advice on the shop page.If you can’t find it or are unsure please contact us and we will offer advice.

For the custom clothing, we have different ranges and they vary in sizes which can be confusing. The size will depend on the range that your club has opted for. Your club kit manager or organiser will have been sent a sizing kit or a size guide so revert to that. If you have any questions or you are unsure please call us on 01484321000

Yes, for retail or outlaw merchandise items, as long as the item is not used/worn, you can send it back for an exchange within 14 days. You must inform us within the first 14 days after purchase. You have a further 14 days to then return the item.

For custom items no exchanges or refunds are permitted, they are made to order which is why its so important to size up properly. All custom items have a full 12 months warranty so for any manufacturing issue within this timeframe you can return it and we will repair it for you.
