1st Junior For Summit Cycling At Clayton Spring Classic

A 12th Place overall and Top Junior spot for John Didsbury of Raceskin-sponsored Summit Cycling at the 48th Clayton Spring Classic. The hard attacking race was won by Simon Wilson of Wheelbase-Altura-MGD.

This is a great result for the team, and for John in his first road race on the open roads. "Not a bad way to start off the season. Though I have my regrets from the race, I’m still fairly pleased with the result. It’s just great to get racing again and especially to be doing so on the roads. It was a good indicator of form and, even though I feel generally fit at the moment, it has made me realise that my speed and acceleration needs a lot of improvement" writes John in his race report.

Unfortunately, due to the lack of time between agreeing our sponsorship and this first race of the season, John wasn't able to race in our newly designed team kit, as it was in transit from the factory in Italy, but we're sure there will be many more great results and photo opportunities to come for Summit Cycling this year.
