The event ran very smoothly and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.   Luckily we had three days of sunshine which made a huge difference.  Moral was good and everyone in high spirits.  We have raised some £12,000 for the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund which we are all thrilled to bits about.

 

Everyone loved the jerseys and I think it made a huge difference when we were out on the roads as other road users could see that it was a charity ride so we didn’t get any bother at all.

Just wanted to firstly say thank you for the jerseys, the quality and design was fantastic….we certainly had the heat (not complaining, pro tans beginning to appear!) and the quality of the jerseys were perfect, so pleased how lightweight they were, will definitely be our jersey of choice when we do the Marmotte in 2 weeks

The bib shorts you sent me are the best I have ever had.

I was out training Saturday in my new Raceskin gear. Beautiful! Super comfy, a great fit and looks fabulous. I am fully kitted out for Kona and itching to get to the Big Island.

The event went really well thanks and the cycle kit looked great! Really high quality.

I have used the Raceskin kit a lot this year. The cycling shorts are very
comfortable with a well-made chamois both in material and shape. I rode
Lands' End to John O'Groats in the cycling shorts and jerseys, they were
fantastic, no chafing whatsoever.

In my opinion Raceskin also make very good cycling / tri tops. The design is
sympathetic to both male and female shape, the material is soft, hard
wearing and dries quickly. The cycling jerseys that I have, have a discreet
rubber hem at the back of them which keeps the jersey in place. The mesh
backed tops have been great this summer particularly with the full length
zip. The tri short insert is very comfortable and again quick drying.

I haven't worn the winter gear yet but I have seen it and shall be ordering some shortly.

I also wear Rapha and Assos and rate Raceskin in the same category of build quality and longevity.

I had a blank canvas to some degree and also was adamant I didn't want a boring kit but knew we had to have an element of blue present.  Colin was excellent, we had a long chat about my ideas, the colours, and how I wanted the club to look fresh and modern.  He came back with some fantastic designs of a range of kit, and also a new modern logo for the triclub.

The kit was so well received that non triathlon people wanted it!  We get compliments at every race on how fantastic it is.  

Being more of a long distance triathlete and also having been in it for many years and spent huge amounts of money on kit, I knew that the kit had to be of good quality and if people are into triathlon they will understand the importance of something being on you for 7 hours plus. You want it to feel comfortable, therefore pay a bit more. Colin also races so he really understood this and recommended the slightly higher end range. That said the tri suits worked out at £69 each which is less than what I've paid for others, and they are so comfortable.

I would also recommend getting sample sizes sent out (you have to pay a deposit just to ensure he gets it back) as the bike tops come up quite small, so we had a couple of nights at the club where people could come down and try these on. 

Colin is an absolute pleasure to deal with, he has really helped me and allowed me to add on a few extra etc. at the last minute and always tried to accommodate where possible.

Just wanted to tell you how ace your Tri shorts are - raced in them at the weekend & they managed a 19+ hour bike, and I didn't change them. My crew wanted me to change them half way but I had no pain. Thanks so much cause I have never had such success with shorts before.
